We are an independent commercial real estate firm that specializes in representing companies with their office space needs. At Suite Partners, you will not find traditional suit-and-tie brokers. We believe in working in an environment that is aligned with our clients' versus trying to "fit-in" to industry status quo. 

Over 70% of the buildings in downtown Seattle are represented by brokerage firms that derive a significant amount of their revenue from landlords through listing representation and property management.  At Suite Partners our revenue from lease transactions is 100% tied to tenant representation.  This ensures that our firm will never represent both sides of a lease transaction, making it possible for us to push for the best terms for our clients without any allegiance to the landlord.

In addition to tenant lease representation, we provide purchase and disposition services for small to mid-size commercial office buildings throughout the greater Seattle area.  Our knowledge and relationships surrounding the local leasing market allows us to uncover off-market opportunities and provide the best guidance to our clients when evaluating the purchase or sale of an asset.
